SCHEDULE 8-5 M-F
•This position will be 100% on site for training and will transition to hybrid 3 days onsite per week•
POSTITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support, and monitoring performance across our Supply Chain. This includes Demand Planning, Procurement, and Inventory management. The Supply Chain Analyst will drive continuous improvement across our Supply Chain by identifying trends, risks and providing recommendations to improve performance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and publishes KPI's to measure Supply Chain performance. Analyzes data and provides recommendations to improve service levels while optimizing inventory levels. Supports the Sales organization to generate monthly Demand Planning process. Maintains company's demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy. Provides Vendor Spend analysis to support procurement teams in category planning. Develops and executes projects to enhance supply chain operations. Works with the IT department to improve the use of technology tools to improve timely metrics and reporting. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that further streamline our processes. May assist with conducting one off analysis as requested by Senior Management. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business field. 3 to 4 years prior experience in a sales or analytical role. Demonstratable proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint with high skill level in Microsoft Excel a requirement. Experience with ERP System Purchasing • High-level math skills and the ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports. Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form. Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Microsoft Power BI Prior experience in the millwork, lumber or building materials industry. Working knowledgeable of Pivot Tables and Macros. Travel Requirements Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
