Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to drive smarter decisions? We're looking for a Purchasing & Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and help optimize our supply chain from supplier relationships to inventory strategy. This is more than a purchasing role. You'll partner with Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Finance to improve supplier performance, strengthen forecasting, reduce costs, and build scalable processes that support our continued growth. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with hands-on purchasing responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As our Purchasing & Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the business. Purchasing & Procurement
  • Execute daily purchasing activities using ERP/MRP recommendations.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier communications, acknowledgements, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve shortages, late deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and other supplier issues.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data including lead times, pricing, sourcing information, and inventory parameters.
  • Support supplier negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering to introduce competitive sourcing and RFQ processes. Supply Chain Analysis
  • Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, inventory levels, and spending data.
  • Develop forecasting models to improve planning accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory health and present key performance metrics.
  • Recommend inventory optimization strategies that balance customer service with inventory investment. Supplier Management
  • Build supplier scorecards and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate supplier business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track supplier performance and corrective actions.
  • Identify supply risks and develop alternate sourcing recommendations. Trade & Compliance
  • Maintain HTS classifications and country-of-origin information.
  • Support tariff analysis, supplier certifications, and import documentation.
  • Identify freight optimization opportunities.
