Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the movement of materials and products across domestic and international supply networks in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys improving coordination, tracking shipments, and helping maintain efficient distribution operations. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen logistics performance, support supply chain continuity, and contribute to reliable delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor shipments and distribution activity to help ensure products and materials move on schedule across the supply chain.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to resolve transportation issues and maintain smooth logistics execution.
- Review logistics data and performance trends to identify delays, cost concerns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support global shipping activities by helping manage documentation, tracking updates, and communication across multiple regions.
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to align inventory movement with business needs and customer commitments.
- Investigate service disruptions and recommend practical solutions to improve delivery reliability and distribution efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment status details, and reporting metrics for ongoing operational visibility.
- Assist with logistics process updates or system-related changes as needed while helping minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.
