Job Tasks and Objectives:

Maintain operational functions for Inside Sales Administration, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Analyzes data to coordinate shipments and needs of the daily supply chain operations. Provides real time support for the technical sales managers acting as a liaison between the customer and the sales team providing logistics information and changes to shipments as needed.

Responsibilities:

Internal Sales Customer Service Liaison between Technical Sales managers RFQ's/PO's and engineering for Materials requests Sales administration, internal customer service - heavy numbers related -accuracy required. Create and complete offers, order confirmations, invoices and credit notes in SAP. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy Logistics Using 3rd Party Logistic services. Calculate and determine best logistical solution for RTNA and customer utilizing Ocean, Air and Land alternatives. Create, provide and oversee required documents for imports/exports and domestic transport. Coordinate with customs brokers and warehouse staff shipments by containers and truck deliveries. Continuously reviews the movement of materials and other supply chain processes to identify sources of problems and to develop suggestions for solutions. Resolve customs holds and shipment delays Inventory Replenish and reserve warehouse inventory for customer orders. Notify management of abnormal inventory levels. Inspect and document returned orders Annual audit of inventory and warehouses Maintain excel Incoming & Live Inventory report. Purchasing Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for any needed goods or materials, send them to supplies and confirm production timelines. Maintain vendor relations Emergency weekend coverage Be available two weekends per month for emergency issues and communicate with staff. This is generally not full days but short responses or short hrs to respond. Coordinate with Technical Sales manager purchase order details Contact warehouse staff and arrange openings Coordinate with logistics brokers pickups and deliveries Qualifications 3-7 Years Logistics experience within Inside Sales/Customer Service . Proven skills in self direction, collaboration and a focus on results. 2 years support logistics movement of freight 1 year Leadership experience 2 years experience working within a complex supply chain with high volume situations. 2 years experience SAP a plus preferred not required 2 years experience in strong multi-tasking in multifunctional role with tight deadlines. 3 years showing ability to develop processes and procedures being solution oriented looking for efficiencies and results
