• Friday Temp to Direct Job Description Reorganize inventory, materials, and product storage locations according to established layout plans.

Update item locations and inventory movements in the ERP system in real time. Assist with inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, misplaced materials, or incorrect system information. Maintain organized storage areas to support efficient material flow and inventory accessibility. Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams, to support inventory tracking, communication, and reporting. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory information is accurate and up to date. Perform physical inventory duties including lifting up to 35 lbs., standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience. Previous experience using ERP systems for inventory management or material tracking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Microsoft Teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Ability to perform cycle counts and verify inventory quantities and locations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in both warehouse and computer-based environments. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. General knowledge of artificial intelligence is preferred. Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
