On behalf of our logistics client, Procom is searching for a
Production & Supply:
Logistics Analyst 1 for a 12 month role. This position is onsite at our client's Greensboro, North Carolina office.

• The role involves managing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation and supply chain processes. The Logistics Analyst will focus on transportation management, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance logistics capabilities and customer satisfaction.

Logistics Analyst 1
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure transport milestones are reported accurately and timely in TMS
- Support transport issue resolution, including failed deliveries and transit damages
- Conduct monthly milestone audits and manage freight claims process
- Present KPI reports and conduct data analysis for improvement opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and manage performance reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with various departments to develop logistics solutions and strategies
- Manage the operational outlook mailbox and support logistics operations specialists
Production & Supply:
Logistics Analyst 1
- Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in TMS (E2Open preferred), SAP, and carrier web portals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with freight claims management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make timely and efficient decisions
- Strong understanding of freight milestone structures and SLA frameworks
Production & Supply:

- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with PowerBI for performance reporting
- Knowledge of import/export operations and production processes
