Full Job Description Overview:
ROLE AT A GLANCE
The Receiving Analyst will act as the primary WMS analyst supporting plant warehouse and material flow operations. This role supports support and improves the WMS processes related to inventory management, material availability, and movement across the plant. The Warehouse WMS Analyst will partner with Operations and QA to ensure processes meet operational and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Drive consistent use of system-based processes and reduce manual workarounds on the shop floor Troubleshoot day-to-day system and process issues impacting warehouse and production execution Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of changes within the WMS Collaborate with LF and other DCs to ensure alignment in core processes while supporting plant-specific needs Support testing, deployments, and stabilization of system changes and enhancements Monitor key operational metrics such as inventory accuracy and transaction compliance, and help address gaps Maintain accuracy of key system data in coordination with ERP and central teams Act as the main point of contact for WMS-related issues at the site and coordinate with IT/global teams as needed Support user training, SOP and reinforce proper system usage across operations Maintain and update WMS master data, including item catalog, location master, and inventory attributes for new and existing materials Configure and adjust WMS processes (e.g., receiving, putaway, picking, and related rules) to support operational needs Support and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities to ensure compliance for system changes and enhancements Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Education B.S. Degree in Computer Science (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Experience 3+ years of experience with WMS/Fusion system and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite. 5+ years of experience in Shipping/Receiving, warehouse operations, or food manufacturing/distribution. Advanced or strong training skills in software systems. Strong analytical and data management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Ability to work in warehouse environment and lift/move heavy objects (50 lbs.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Skills/Certifications Strong analytical and data management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Ability to work in warehouse environment and lift/move heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in the Food or Nutritional supplement industry with exposure to GMPs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
