Job Description Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, inventory, customer service, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reports that support business decision-making. Partner with operations, supply chain, planning, engineering, quality, maintenance, finance, and customer-facing teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and maintain documentation related to data definitions, reporting logic, and business rules. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes, quantifying opportunities, and measuring the impact of operational changes. Provide data-driven recommendations related to capacity planning, labor utilization, inventory management, scheduling, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. Create presentations and reporting materials that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Improve reporting processes, analytics workflows, and data collection practices to support better business visibility and decision-making. Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. 3+ years of experience supporting data analysis, operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, quality analytics, industrial engineering, or related business functions. Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, planning, quality, customer operations, or other operational environments. Advanced Excel skills and experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL or similar querying tools. Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, reporting methodologies, and continuous improvement concepts. Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations that support informed decision-making. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Tableau reporting environments, ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or operational databases is highly desirable. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, operational excellence methodologies, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
