Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing and inventory for assigned product lines including demand planning replenishment and supplier coordination. Analyze sales trends inventory levels lead times and supplier constraints to determine what to buy when to buy and quantities. Manage purchase orders inventory transfers backorders shortages excess and slow-moving inventory. Support Sales with product availability pricing lead times and special quotes. Build and manage relationships with international suppliers and negotiate pricing terms MOQs and lead times. Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities based on cost quality reliability and supply risk. Coordinate international shipments with suppliers and freight partners. Maintain accurate purchasing inventory and supplier data in ERP systems such as Acumatica. Use Excel and reporting tools to improve purchasing decisions inventory availability and cost efficiency. Identify process improvements to reduce manual work and improve purchasing accuracy.

Qualifications:

3+ years of purchasing/buying experience in industrial distribution PVF or a similar inventory-focused environment. Strong inventory management replenishment and analytical skills. Experience with international suppliers and import purchasing preferred. ERP/MRP experience required; Acumatica is a plus. Strong Excel communication organization and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
