Summary:

We are seeking experienced Logistics Analyst for the Operationsteam. Transportation Analyst will help grow and manage its portfolio of carrier partners, and analyze the delivery performance across Yamibuy transportation network, identify improvement opportunities. This involves but not limited to building vendor relationships, addressing transportation network design, and developing innovative ideas that drive improvements in our transportation processes. The successful candidate will be tenacious in pursuing business objectives with an outstanding, proven foundation in data analysis. Create pricing models and develop the right pricing strategy to drive efficiency in Yamibuy transportation operation Pull and report data from databases (using Excel, SQL and / or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors / Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers) Implement new processes and methodologies across the organization Track and report on key compliance metrics across transportation network Manage carriers' performance, such as on-time delivery, through tracking existing metrics, control over delivery processes, resolving and preventing potential problems

Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Science / Engineering and or related field Understanding of Transportation and Logistics Network Design Proven experience of managing and negotiating with third party logistics providers Experience of transportation concepts: pricing strategy / analytics, forecasting, freight forwarding, planning, optimization - is a big plus Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic. Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems and uses data to inform recommendations and solutions Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing industry conditions Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards Strong organizational skills, can keep track of multiple projects, track status and deliverable Strong communication and interpersonal skill (in both English and Mandarin is a plus )
