Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this role, you will leverage data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and advanced business intelligence tools to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics planning. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact our global supply chain network through innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production planning, and other departments to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory demand planning strategies. Utilize ERP systems like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SAP to manage inventory levels, process purchase orders, and monitor supply chain performance metrics. Implement process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen practices to enhance operational workflows. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies and develop actionable solutions for continuous improvement. Support logistics inventory management by optimizing transportation routes, warehouse layout, and inventory control procedures. Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate insights on supply chain analytics, project progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders. Skills Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization software for effective reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, with experience in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes. Expertise in supply chain management concepts like demand forecasting analysis, inventory management, procurement negotiations, and logistics planning. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies including Lean management, Six Sigma certifications, Kaizen practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Data analysis skills using SQL and Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making. Experience with logistics inventory management systems and supply chain analytics platforms to optimize inventory control and demand planning accuracy. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively across departments such as procurement, production planning, and distribution. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through implementation while managing team resources effectively.
