Description Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst I supports the various Supply Chain Teams in identifying, tracking, and measuring savings and progress in contract implementation. Also responsible for timely and accurate analyses, trending key metrics supporting Supply Chain Dashboard, outcomes, and providing support to Supply Chain Teams in addressing objectives of

Assist in developing and implementing System standardized, routine analytic reporting tools as well as dashboard summary reports Analyze and interpret variances related to documented savings and collaborate with team members to determine reasons for variance Support measurement and tracking of Facility results and performance of associated quality assurance and performance improvement activities Develop a working knowledge of all agreements, including outsourcing fees, administrative fees, savings incentive plans, and payment mechanisms, and other revenue streams Develop a working knowledge of the GPO database, MediTech MMIS, and HBI System for use in conducting revenue, payment, and contract analyses Demonstrate ability to gain and maintain a general understanding of healthcare products and suppliers Collaborate with Finance, Information Management, and other strategic

analysts to determine the best sources of information, availability of information and develop standardized analyses and reports Assist in the development of the Facility Business Review document using the standardized report template Support special projects of the System VP of Supply Chain Management and other account team members as requested Consistently exhibit high-quality communication and interpersonal skills Adequate troubleshooting skills that lead to the ability to further define requirements and QA results Other duties as assigned by the
