Job Description

As a PC Process Technician, you will be required to have a strong focus on material flow to optimize and manage the movement of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sustaining, designing, improving, and implementing systems that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials across production lines, warehouses, and distribution channels. Design and sustain material flow from raw material receipt to finished goods shipping for seamless production and accurate inventory data Integrate and improve technological tools for inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy Plan and optimize plant layouts, storage, and transportation systems to minimize congestion and reduce material handling costs Monitor material flow efficiency, collect data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes Recommend and implement lean principles and automation to eliminate waste and improve material flow accuracy Collaborate with various teams to align material flow systems with production goals Provide continuous data on issue resolution, task statuses, and project completion for inventory management analysis Strong understanding of Tesla Systems, process design, and optimization Fluent with common MS office programs Problem-solving & analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and address material flow challenges and make data-driven decisions Highly detailed and service-oriented, and strong process-driven nature strongly desired Ability to lift, push or carry up to 50 lbs.
