Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material & Line Supplier Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Line Supplier Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the movement and supply of raw materials to production 24 hours a day, across two 12-hour shifts. The position coordinates and supervises three Line Suppliers/Material Movers per shift, ensuring production lines receive the correct materials, in the correct quantities, at the right time. Working directly under the Warehouse Manager, the Line Supplier Coordinator is accountable for maintaining continuous material flow, ensuring all material movements are properly executed through the MMS system , and maintaining accurate inventory levels at all times. Thursday:

7am to 7pm, Fridays 7am to 4pm Responsibilities Report directly to and work under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Supervise and coordinate three Line Suppliers/Material Movers per shift across two 12-hour shifts. Maintain continuous oversight of raw material movement and line supply throughout the 24-hour operation. Ensure all production lines across all departments are supplied accurately and on time. Coordinate the picking, staging, movement, of raw materials to production. Ensure all Material Movers properly execute and document all material movements through the MMS system. Ensure Material Movers comply with established MMS procedures and material-movement processes. Maintain accurate inventory levels at all times by ensuring every material movement is properly recorded and completed. Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support uninterrupted production. Verify that physical material locations and quantities are consistent with MMS inventory records. Identify and correct inventory discrepancies and material-movement errors. Prioritize urgent production requirements, material shortages, and line requests. Coordinate closely with Production Operations regarding current and upcoming material requirements. Resolve material movement, availability, and line-supply issues promptly. Verify that all Transfer to Line procedures are properly followed. Maintain organized, clean, and safe material storage, staging, and production areas. Ensure proper communication and handoff between the two 12-hour shifts. Train, coach, and hold Line Suppliers/Material Movers accountable to established procedures and expectations. Maintain accountability for material movement activities throughout the entire 24-hour operation. Lead by example with a hands-on approach, actively supporting the team and daily operation.
