up to $90K About the Company A growing, premium pet food company is seeking a Sales & Inventory Analyst to support its expanding U.S. business. Backed by an established international parent company, the organization offers the stability of a long-standing brand with the pace and opportunity of a growing CPG business. Position Overview This role will support sales operations through forecasting, inventory and sales analysis, customer account setup, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working within a CPG or retail environment. Responsibilities Manage and consolidate sales forecasts, analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, demand, and replenishment needs. Build and maintain sales, inventory, product performance, KPI, chargeback, and deduction reporting. Support customer onboarding, account setup, retail portals, compliance documentation, and ongoing account maintenance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to align forecasts, inventory availability, financial targets, and customer needs. Analyze sales strategies, promotions, and channel performance to identify opportunities for greater profitability and cost efficiency. Provide day-to-day sales operations support, including order tracking, documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, and cross-functional follow-up. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, inventory planning, or analytics within CPG or retail . Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling. Experience with ERP and/or BI tools preferred. Experience with Nielsen, IRI/Circana, Scintilla, Stackline, or similar retail data platforms . Familiarity with customer portals, retail compliance systems, inventory dynamics, and sales reporting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
