Job Description

​ ​ The Supply Chain Analyst - Master Data plays a critical role in leading and governing Business Unit master data processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution across the supply chain. This role partners closely with Operations, Technology, Planning, and other cross functional teams to enable operational excellence, system stability, and seamless execution of business initiatives. ​ The analyst serves as a functional lead across end to end master data activities, including material creation, extension, and discontinuation; production version creation and maintenance; Bill of Material (BOM) updates; and mass data changes. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and while collaborating with Technology to support system integrity, data controls, and process enablement. In addition, the role provides leadership and hands on support for site transitions from ECA to PRD, working closely with Technology and business stakeholders on rollout planning, implementation execution, issue resolution, and post go live sustainment. The role also supports product placement activities for first time orders and the daily RMRC requests that are sent to the shared inboxes. This position is expected to act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to others, and influence cross functional stakeholders, including Technology partners. This role is integral to the Business Units' ability to deliver on the agreed goals for service. ​ Qualifications ​​Bachelors degree in Business, engineering or other related field required ​3+ years' experience in transactional supply chain (planning, procurement, etc) ​Trained in problem solving techniques (LSS or equivalent)​ APICS certification preferred LSS green belt or higher preferred Responsibilities ​ ​ ​Lead and govern master data processes across assigned Business Units ​Complete daily RMRC requests to the shared inboxes ​Partner with Technology and Operations to ensure master data configurations align with plant capabilities ​Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of material master, BOM, and production version data ​Develop and enhance analytical tools and reporting to support master data governance and business decision making ​Monitor, manage, and address turnaround time for material, BOM, and production version change requests; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements ​Drive execution and coordination of mass data changes in collaboration with Technology and Operations ​Assist in the rollout and implementation of ECA sites transitioning to PRD, including planning, execution, issue resolution, and post go live sustainment ​Lead and/or assist in capacity balancing, load leveling, and large cross-site material extension activities ​Support product placement and commercialization activities across business and technical teams ​Serve as escalation point and subject matter expert for master data and system related issues ​Other duties as assigned ​
