In conjunction with the 340B Program Manager, maintains 340B Program compliance with federal regulations. Ensures optimal inventory levels are maintained through the analysis of purchasing and formulary activities. Assists with process improvement initiatives, including staff training. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam. 18 years of age or older with no felony convictions, per Ohio Revised Code 4729.42. Currently registered as a Technician with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy; maintains active registration throughout the course of employment. Working knowledge of 340B Program . 2 years of perpetual inventory control experience, including the use of inventory management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Excel including use of VLOOKUP formulas, pivot tables, data filters, and graphs. Experience in collecting data from various software systems. Experience assimilating data and relaying information to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex concepts. Demonstrated ability to identify and effectively resolve problems/issues. Ability to work independently, and in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and cultivate productive and positive working relationships with a wide range of partners, including internal and external stakeholders. Reliable transportation to travel to designated MetroHealth locations. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.Preferred:
Current/active Certified Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Advanced understanding of 340B Program and inventory models. Previous 340B experience in a Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH). Associates Degree in business or related field. Experience with the Lawson and Willow Inventory software programs.Physical Requirements:
May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.Benefits
