Job Description Summary The Technical Resource Specialist responsible for supporting the analysis, interpretation, and communication of materials science and manufacturing data associated with titanium products and larger product qualification programs. This role connects material and process data to qualification profiles and develops clear, concise technical summaries that can be used by internal stakeholders and shared with aerospace and industrial customers. The position works cross-functionally with Materials Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Laboratory, Planning, and other technical resources to organize qualification data, evaluate performance against requirements, and develop professional reports, charts, graphs, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating technical data into meaningful business and customer-facing information. Essential Functions- Analyze titanium material and manufacturing data from a materials science and metallurgy perspectives.
- Connect material test results, process information, and performance data with established qualification profiles and program requirements.
- Compile and organize qualification data from laboratory, manufacturing, quality, and engineering sources.
- Develop concise summary reports that clearly communicate qualification results, trends, findings, and overall performance.
- Create professional charts, graphs, tables, dashboards, and visual summaries to communicate technical data effectively.
- Calculate, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and process capability metrics, including Cpk.
- Evaluate performance data against qualification requirements, specifications, targets, and customer expectations.
- Identify trends, variability, potential issues, and areas requiring additional technical investigation.
- Support preparation of technical documentation and qualification summaries for aerospace and industrial customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain accurate, complete, and timely data required for qualification activities.
- Maintain organized datasets, calculations, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy.
- Use Excel and Minitab to analyze data, perform statistical evaluations, and generate meaningful visualizations.
- Use PowerPoint to develop clear and professional presentations for internal reviews, customer meetings, and qualification milestones.
- Support continuous improvement of data analysis, reporting, and qualification documentation processes.
- Assist technical teams in meeting qualification program schedules and delivering accurate information on time. Additional Responsibilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, charts, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for development of technical summaries and presentations.
- Working knowledge of Minitab or demonstrated ability to quickly learn statistical analysis software. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field; OR 2-5 years of relevant technical, manufacturing, laboratory, materials, quality, or data-analysis experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, metals processing, or manufacturing principles. Special Skills
