We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of Boston Beer's supply chain and develop a broad understanding of how this critical area of the business operates. The Co-op will build a cross-functional network with team members across production planning, operations, supply planning, materials resourcing, customer operations, inventory control, and transportation. Through these partnerships, the Co-op will gain a macro-level understanding of the connections, processes, and support structures that enable the organization's supply chain. This opportunity will provide meaningful professional development through hands-on project work, exposure to SAP and Excel, and opportunities to drive change while strengthening business acumen. This position is part of a six-month co-op program running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027. The role is fully onsite at our Breinigsville, PA Brewery. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and continue to be enrolled upon completion of the Co-op Must continue to be enrolled in school upon completion of the co-op. Coursework or a concentration in Supply Chain Management is a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exposure to SAP. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES), such as Wonderware. Familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP, or similar supply chain planning systems. Interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and materials planning. Key Responsibilities Planning and Reporting Maintain, update, and present the planning scorecard. Organize planning data to support clear and effective business presentations. Help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement. Process Improvement Support changeover and workflow mapping initiatives. Document current processes and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to better understand supply chain workflows and dependencies. Materials Planning and Standardization Support the standardization of material requirements planning (MRP) processes. Assist with maintaining material planning parameters, including safety stock levels and lead times. Help improve the accuracy and consistency of materials planning information.
