Houston, TX Job Details Temporary | Full-time $52.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications EHR go-live support Consulting experience Inventory management software Epic Certification Project leadership Leadership Project stakeholder communication Consulting firm experience Full Job Description Epic Willow Inventory Analyst - Inpatient 9-Month Contract | Primarily Remote (15% Travel) Overview Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inventory Analyst to support an Inpatient implementation. This is a hands-on build role requiring at least one full Willow Inventory for Inpatient installation, from design through go-live, with candidates who bring refuel or Back to Foundation experience given priority. The successful candidate will present and defend build decisions directly to clinical and supply chain leadership, making strong communication skills essential. Responsibilities Lead or serve as a core build resource on the Willow Inventory for Inpatient module, from design through go-live Design and validate perpetual inventory, par-level, and supply chain workflows with pharmacy, central supply, and nursing leadership Coordinate integration points with Willow Inpatient, including medication dispensing cabinet interfaces and charge capture Present build decisions, workflow demonstrations, and project status to clinical and operational stakeholders Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness for the Willow Inventory build Where applicable, lead a refuel or Back to Foundation effort, identifying gaps against current Epic Foundation standards and remediating build accordingly Document build decisions and workflow configurations per project governance standards Requirements Epic Willow Inventory certification (current) At least one full-cycle Willow Inventory for Inpatient implementation, from build through go-live Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging clinical and operational stakeholders directly Preferred Qualifications Refuel or Back to Foundation experience on Willow Inventory Epic consulting experience across multiple client engagements, rather than single-employer FTE experience only Experience integrating with Willow Inpatient and medication dispensing systems
Pay:
$52.50 per hour Application Question(s): Are you authorized to work in the U.S. on an unrestricted basis? Have or are willing to be vaccinated for MMR and Varicella? Can pass a Tuberculosis Test? Do you have at least one full-cycle Willow Inventory for Inpatient implementation, from build through go-live? Do you have build experience in the Willow Inventory for Inpatient module?
