Duties Handle daily administrative tasks:

order tracking, carrier assignment, rate negotiation, customer service task, scheduling, etc. Support operations by driver setup, VIN verification, insurance confirmation, appointment scheduling Work from computers, phones, online portals, web-based applications, etc. Skills High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience is a plus Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong computer skills, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, web-based platforms Strong organization skills and sharp attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to manage stressful situations Join us to influence the future of supply chain excellence through innovative analysis and strategic problem-solving!

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
