Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with flexible start times and optional overtime. Unlimited overtime opportunities available during busy project periods for those looking to maximize earnings. What We're Looking For:

Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Experience working with carbon steel ; aluminum experience is a plus Welding/fabrication training from LCCTC, Thaddeus Stevens , or 1-2 years of related experience preferred Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within the company

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of custom projects Set up welding equipment and fixtures Read blueprints, drawings, sketches, and engineering specifications Grind and finish welds to quality standards Build components, assemblies, and complete machines as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
