Summary:
The Material Flow Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Niterra and its customers, managing order processing, shipping schedules, and material routing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. This role involves processing customer orders through EDI and SAP, monitoring parts shortages, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong customer ratings. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Serve as the liaison between Niterra and customers.

Process customer orders through EDI release and shipping schedules.

Process orders in SAP.Transfer orders to the warehouse promptly to prepare for shipping.

Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.

Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) to customers after shipping.

Monitor parts shortages by accessing online CMMS/DDL and Supply Power throughout the day.

Oversee the material routing process and customer expedites.

Maintain customer ratings for Niterra.

Communicate shortages and expedite shipment information to management.

Create and assist in parts release.

Coordinate special projects as assigned by management.

Serve as backup to other Material Flow Analysts.

Remain on call during off-business hours, weekends, and holidays per customer requirements.

Perform general housekeeping duties.

Overtime and/or travel as required.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

Four years of post-secondary education, related work experience, or a combination of both.

MS Office experience required.

Strong problem identification and resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent computer proficiency.

Highly tactful and diplomatic with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of coping with stressful situations.

Effective time management skills.

Automotive and customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. (51-75 lbs. with assistance) and working around normal business hazards.
