Job Description As the Material Program Team Lead you will lead a global team responsible for driving supply planning excellence, standard work adoption, governance, and process improvement across the enterprise. You will promote projects that improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, service levels, and operational execution while creating scalable, sustainable processes across regions and departments. You will provide strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain readiness by identifying risks related to demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and execution. You will partner across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Care, Departments, and Commercial teams to develop mitigation strategies, improve decision-making processes, and ensure business continuity through proactive risk management. You will report to the Director Global Supply Planning - Standard Product and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.
