Job Description

Our client, a global leader in building technologies and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Supplier Development & Performance Manager to join their team. As a Supplier Development & Performance Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain & Supplier Development organization supporting Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$69 - 74/hour What's the Job? Lead supplier performance management across quality, delivery, capacity, scalability, and sustainability metrics. Drive supplier improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Conduct supplier risk assessments, capacity analysis, and supplier readiness evaluations for new product launches. Lead supplier audits, corrective action programs, and recovery initiatives to improve operational performance. Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to establish supplier performance standards and governance. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in supplier development, supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, and capacity optimization. Proven experience leading supplier performance improvement and supplier recovery initiatives. Ability to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally, including Canada (valid passport required). What's in it for me?
