We are proud to offer a dynamic and collaborative workplace where passionate, mission-driven professionals can thrive while helping to power a cleaner future. ‍ About the Position The Procurement & Logistics Analyst will support purchasing, supply chain execution, and logistics planning for both new and existing solar sites across the portfolio. This role ensures timely,cost-effective sourcing and delivery of PV system components nationwide. The analyst will work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and energy teams (O&M) to aid in consistent and timely material movement throughout. Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement of solar PVEquipment (modules, inverters, racking, BOS, transformers, switchgear, wire/cable, monitoring).
• Manage RFQs, vendor quotes, bid evaluations, and price/term negotiations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure materials meet project requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEC, Certifications).
• Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate freight, logistics scheduling, warehousing, and site deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, damage claims, or exceptions.
• Maintain procurement trackers, equipment schedules, and supplier performance metrics.
• Support pre-construction budgeting through pricing research and quantity estimates.
• Manage RMA/warranty coordination with Energy Team and distributors. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or inventory control (renewables, construction, or electrical distribution preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. Key Competencies
