Make An Impact:
Fossil Group is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain planning team. This Analyst will create and own the master data to support planning runs for various teams. What you will do in this role: Responsible for the analysis of data in order to make process recommendations for monthly planning cycles Monitor planning system throughout business cycles Define requirements for standard or custom programs/user exits required in APO SNP and integration with AFS and other external system for future enhancements Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Planning teams and executives to include forecast, inventory and lead time performance Ensure MRP and APO settings are appropriate and optimized to support the supply planning strategy for each SKU for periodic Hueristics planning Performs analysis in support of inventory and capacity planning in order to suggest data parameters and settings Perform data maintenance and optimize data and reporting tools Support on-going improvements in utilization of SAP tools, including BW, AFS and APO Work with the internal IT team by providing relevant test data and perform functional testing for enhancements Facilitate demand segmentation for Product Implementation Facilitate new brand and product setups into SAP APO Documentation of SAP processes
Who You Are:
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies required 1+ years' relevant work experience preferred Proven understanding of demand and supply planning fundamentals Demonstrate strong APO-SNP and CIF functional understanding Knowledge of SAP AFS and DP integration to SNP and SAP BW Experience with AFS master data and how it integrates with APO and maintenance of product master Sense of urgency Influential skills Strong team player and collaborator Ability to work within a flexible environment and create processes Eagerness to learn
