Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000 Materials Systems Coordinator - Manufacturing Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time A leading manufacturer of HVAC and air distribution products is seeking a Materials Systems Coordinator to strengthen its inventory and materials processes. This is a hands-on role focused on ERP/MRP systems, inventory optimization, data analysis, and Lean Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve materials, inventory, BOM, and part data within an ERP/MRP system.
Analyze inventory trends and material usage to improve inventory levels, accuracy, and cost.
Support material transfers between manufacturing facilities and resolve supply-related issues.
Partner with manufacturing, engineering, sales, customer service, and other teams.
Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Develop improved processes and documentation and participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work directly with operations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, materials systems, or a similar manufacturing environment.
Experience with an ERP/MRP system; Epicor is a plus.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and data analysis.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Events.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
