Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain Transformation team of one of our Dallas-based clients in the Energy & Utilities industry. The Supply Chain Analyst organizes and tracks a variety of supply chain systems-related initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are progressing according to schedule and that updates are clearly communicated daily. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of teams across the company, including Sourcing, Inventory, Equipment Management, Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Transmission, Distribution, Waste Management, Environmental, Regulatory, Audit, Accounts Payable, and more. The associate gathers and analyzes data from these groups to support project scheduling, resolve issues, and drive process improvements. Regular use of systems such as Maximo and SharePoint is required to manage project information, track assets, and share updates efficiently.

This position also serves as an advanced-level subject matter expert for supply chain systems, providing day-to-day support to end users through a ticketing process. The associate will troubleshoot user issues, answer system-related questions, and resolve functional errors whenever possible, while escalating technical system issues to the IT team as needed. The associate is also responsible for developing and maintaining clear documentation and processes to help teams work together effectively.

Additionally, the associate supports special projects as assigned and communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about project status and any challenges. Building strong working relationships across all supply chain and supporting departments is essential for success in this position.

This role is primarily based in the Fort Worth office but requires the flexibility to travel to and work from the Dallas, Midlothian, and Lancaster office locations as business needs dictate. Skills and Requirements
