Position Summary:
The SIOP Analyst is the analytical engine of the Safety & Racing division's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Keep the process aligned to corporate SIOP standards and cadence while ensuring the plan reflects division priorities. Drive accountability to the agreed plan across brands and functions. Forecast new product introductions and phase-in / phase-out transitions with Marketing and Product. Track forecast accuracy and bias, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Factor order trends, seasonality, and motorsports event schedules into the plan. Data, Dashboards & Tools Build and maintain the data models and business logic behind the forecast, turning raw sales, shipment, and point-of-sale history into forecast-ready datasets.
