In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination across warehousing, transportation, procurement, and inventory management. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize logistics workflows, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis. Duties Support Excel-based data tasks, such as P&L simulations and profitability data entry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate supply chain activities, including warehouse distribution, transportation planning, and order fulfillment. Utilize logistics management systems such as ERP, SAP, or AS400 to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and manage warehouse operations. Conduct data collection and analysis using tools like SQL and Tableau to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Support procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Oversee freight management including NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations, shipping & receiving processes, and freight cost optimization. Assist in demand planning and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Implement process improvements in materials handling, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS) to enhance efficiency. Requirements Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) required Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution, transportation management, and inventory control. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel for reporting and decision support. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or AS400; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers; experience in procurement or sourcing is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification is a plus. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with category management, demand planning, freight logistics including 3PL providers, and shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
