Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Pricing Analyst (Staff/Sr. Staff) to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing transportation pricing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Your expertise will support cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions, ensuring competitive freight rates, and driving continuous process improvements across logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, advanced data analytics skills, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles. Duties Develop dynamic warehousing cost models covering storage, labor, equipment, VAS, and direct-operation costs. Prepare pricing analyses, executive reports, business cases, benchmarks, and scenario comparisons for management decision-making. Lead
RFI/RFP/RFQ
processes for 3PL warehousing and vendors including staffing, MHE, racking, and automation providers. Conduct vendor benchmarking, commercial evaluations, bid comparisons, and negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and service levels. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT to manage MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, rate cards, amendments, and scope changes. Manage end-to-end procurement and contract/billing workflows in Cello , including RFQ execution, quote consolidation, rate-card registration, billing settlements, and cost-variance resolution. Support new warehouse launches, expansions, relocations, transitions, network changes, and other strategic logistics projects . Evaluate automation, MHE, robotics, and productivity-enhancement solutions from operational and financial perspectives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, operational improvement, and process optimization across distribution centers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics pricing, cost modeling, warehousing procurement, or contract administration. Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables; strong PowerPoint skills. Experience with Cello, TMS, WMS, ERP , or similar enterprise logistics systems. Strong knowledge of warehouse cost drivers, labor rates, MHE, equipment costs, and commercial contracts . Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional project management skills.
