Job Description
Supply Chain Analyst This is a contract opportunity. This is a 100% onsite opportunity in Plano, TX. About this Position We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This role will manage weekly forecasting activities, identify potential supply and demand gaps, and partner across teams to ensure accurate planning and order management. The ideal candidate brings strong demand planning experience, advanced Excel skills, and the critical thinking needed to analyze supply chain data and resolve forecasting challenges. Job Responsibilities Manage the weekly CPFR process for key accounts and develop forecasts for Sell-In and Sell-Out units. Monitor demand and supply forecasts, identify potential gaps, and resolve discrepancies to support business needs. Maintain order management accuracy within SAP and monitor inventory, channel risk, and shipping performance. Drive weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) recaps and support daily escalations related to supply and demand. Review production, inventory, shipment, and supply chain data to ensure accuracy and support operational planning. Job Skills/Requirements Strong experience with demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support forecasting decisions. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and order management processes. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to present findings, build consensus, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment. Additional Information 100% onsite opportunity in Plano, TX. Contract position. Hands-on role supporting demand planning, CPFR, forecasting, S&OP, inventory, and supply chain operations. Candidates should be comfortable managing competing priorities and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
