Full-Time About Patriot Crew Patriot Crew is a growing company based in Texas, dedicated to delivering quality products and dependable service to our wholesale partners. As we scale our operations, we're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team and help keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.
Position Overview Reports to:
CEO, Warehouse Manager The Inventory Analyst will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, forecasting demand, and working closely with our warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to keep products in stock without overloading our shelves. This is a hands-on role with real impact on how efficiently our operations run day to day. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse locations to meet demand and avoid stockouts or overstock Analyze sales trends and historical data to build reliable demand forecasts Perform regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams on replenishment schedules and order timing Spot slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend ways to address it Improve and maintain inventory tracking systems to boost accuracy and efficiency Report on inventory metrics, turnover rates, and key performance indicators to leadership Contribute to process improvements across receiving, storage, and order fulfillment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations required Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory management software is a plus Clear communicator who works well across teams Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Compensation Base Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000
Performance Bonus:
Up to 20% of base salary Final offer based on experience and qualifications Benefits Comprehensive health insurance, with eligibility beginning after 30 days of employment Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with company match options Requirements A character reference is required (professional)
