(ASI) is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst and Instructor to support the development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS) requirements and Class Maintenance Plans. This position supports Fleet Maintenance Effectiveness Reviews (FLEETMER), providing an opportunity to work directly with Navy maintenance stakeholders, engineers, subject matter experts, and Sailors who perform shipboard maintenance. The successful candidate will apply maintenance, logistics, acquisition, and financial data to evaluate maintenance requirements and support improvements to Navy maintenance programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Navy shipboard maintenance is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Collect and review historical maintenance data for selected Navy systems. Organize, compile, analyze, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data to support Navy maintenance stakeholders. Support regularly scheduled, weeklong Maintenance Effectiveness Review (FLEETMER) events. Provide in-person instruction and facilitate RCM Backfit certification during
FLEETMER
events. Coordinate pre-event logistics, including scheduling, participant coordination, materials, and event preparation. Facilitate collaboration among system engineers, subject matter experts, and deckplate Sailors who perform Navy maintenance procedures. Evaluate existing maintenance requirements and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness, reliability, and efficiency. Support the development and implementation of Navy Planned Maintenance System and Class Maintenance Plan requirements. Conduct post-event analysis and document findings and recommendations. Author PMS Service Requests (formerly Technical Feedback Reports) as directed by Navy Technical Warrant Holders or their designated In-Service Engineers. Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to Navy stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Travel approximately 10%-25%, primarily to Navy concentration areas, to support

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or A minimum of five (5) years of U.S. Navy maintenance-related experience gained through military service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical subject matter experts, and Navy personnel at the deckplate level. Ability to analyze and interpret maintenance and logistics data. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
