Job Description
Warehouse Logistics Analyst - Position Description We have immediate hire openings for Warehouse Logistics Analyst to join our Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), who wants to grow with the Company in Fredericksburg, VA ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 26th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers' needs. Security Clearance:
Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Manage and coordinate the logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities in the support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Support of ex-USN, ex-USCG, and United States supplied systems to multiple countries as part of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. This is a full-time, on-site position.Position/Job Description:
General Tasking Description.- Provide comprehensive logistics support for all warehouse operations and shipping support performed under the contract to accomplish material and system readiness. At a minimum, this will include the following integrated Product Support elements: Inventory Planning and Management, Supply Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T), and OCONUS Shipping Support.
- Develop and maintain itemized lists of required parts and materials for existing material and incoming inventory.
- Work directly with the warehouse team on planning and coordinating the operations daily.
- Execute warehouse operations to ensure that Government owned property and material are received, stored and shipped safely and efficiently.
- Input, track, review, and report status of Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment (GFE/CFE), material, and equipment configuration data.
- Provide material support, forecasting, disposal recommendations and disposal processing.
- Provide coordination with DLA and DRMO activities to facilitate the disposal of designate material.
- Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able and willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma/
GED Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Forklift license
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) and/or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) from the International Society of Logistics (SOLE).
