In support of the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), we are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team in a surge capacity supporting the Amphibious Combat Vehicle 30mm (ACV30) lethality and sustainment portfolio.
Life Cycle Sustainment & IPS ExecutionSupport all twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.
Maintain configuration control of Program and Product Support documentation.
Monitor cost and performance across the product support value chain.
Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: ACV30 Lethality & Modification SupportSupport modification and sustainment actions for:
Remote Weapon Station (RWS).50 Caliber UpgradeUpGunned Weapon Station (UGWS)Hydraulics systemsAutomatic Fire Sensing and Suppression System (AFSSS)Tow PintleThrottle Linkage Assembly (TLA)Emergency Egress Lighting System (EELS)Engineering & Technical Review ParticipationSupport System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs).Participate in Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).Support Life Cycle Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings, Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), and Logistics Reviews.
Analyze Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).Logistics Data & DocumentationDevelop and maintain logistics databases, System Specifications, Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs), Configuration Management Plans (CMPs), Integrated Master Plans (IMPs), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs).Review vendor documentation for compliance with logistics statutes, policies, and standards.
Experience equivalent to Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Advanced Level Logistics Certification.
Proficiency with logistics tools: PowerLOGJ, COMPASS, WEBFLIS, ASSIST, CATALYST, SLICwave.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and ACVrelated systems.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), twelve IPS elements, and ACV-30 lethality systemsLogistics Management Information (LMI)Develop Logistics Management Information (LMI) and enter data into authoritative LMI databases.
Provisioning & Supportability AnalysisConduct provisioning, depot maintenance planning, packaging/handling/transportation (PHS&T), maintenance execution, design interface, and logistics support analyses.
Support technical publications including operations, maintenance, and overhaul manuals.
Supply Chain & Readiness AnalysisAnalyze readiness, supply, and maintenance data using enterprise tools such as:
Portfolio Acquisition Executive - Marine Corps (PAE-MC) BEASTGlobal Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSSMC)DMSMS, IUID & Repair AnalysisSupport Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) activities.
Assist with Item Unique Identification (IUID) planning and updates.
Conduct Core Logistics Capability Analysis (CLCA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) SupportDevelop logistics portions of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).Support provisioning, procurement, kitting, installation instructions, and fielding management.
Technical Manual (TM) SupportAssist in development, revision, validation, and verification of Technical Manuals (TMs).Support vendor implementation of S1000D and
Fielding & Equipment Turnover SupportSupport fielding actions across East/West Coast and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).Conduct inventories, Limited Technical Inspections (LTIs), SL3 inventories, and vehicle preparation for delivery.

The Senior Logistics Analyst:
ACV30 Lethality provides advanced logistics, sustainment, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) expertise across all twelve IPS elements. This role directly supports PM AAAs Lethality Integrated Product Team (IPT) and requires onsite presence at both the V2X facility in Ladysmith, VA and the PM AAA Program Office in Stafford, VA. This is a highvisibility, missioncritical billet supporting ACV30 modification actions, sustainment planning, provisioning, technical documentation, and engineering change processes.Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent military experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense logistics, with at least 2 years supporting USMC or DoD acquisition programs.Experience equivalent to Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Advanced Level Logistics Certification.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds.
