Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Stafford KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will create developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll build strong relationships with families through regular communication, progress updates, and collaboration. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, growth-focused culture, you will partner with fellow educators, uphold all health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing professional development with opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and assess children's progress to inform instruction. Communicate regularly with families about child development and classroom events. Support children's social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care curriculum and standards. Uphold health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
