Job Overview:

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support freight payment, transportation compliance, logistics operations, and process improvement. The role will work closely with carriers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage freight rates and payment processes in SAP and support freight audit activities. Ensure transportation processes comply with SOX and federal/state regulations. Support transportation operations across truck, rail, ocean, and third-party logistics. Coordinate with carriers, logistics suppliers, distributors, and internal teams. Support Import/Export transportation and freight-forwarding activities. Coordinate and track specialty and time-sensitive shipments. Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Maintain accurate logistics data, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of freight rates, transportation processes, and compliance requirements. Working knowledge of SAP and supply chain systems. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
