House Manager

We are working with a family in the Palm Beach area seeking a Chief Stewardess transitioning into a land-based role, or a candidate with a blend of yachting and land-based experience, for a House Manager position. This is a full-time, live-out role , typically Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $130K-$150k , depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have prior Chief Stewardess (yachting) experience , along with experience in land-based house management . This role requires someone who is highly service-oriented, detail-focused, hands-on, and able to work independently. The property is used seasonally by multiple principals, so discretion, organization, and adaptability are key.

Requirements:

Proven Chief Stewardess experience in yachting Preferably prior land-based House Manager experience Strong service mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage a property independently Must be local to the Palm Beach area

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
