Job Description
Position Purpose:
The field support manager of inspections is responsible for performing inspections of store racking and cantilever systems on a scheduled basis to ensure safety and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacture guidelines. The role involves coordination and communication with store leadership regarding scheduling, inspection findings, and routine training. The leader is responsible for review of materials needs, identifying opportunities with the inspection app and providing feedback on field trends.Key Responsibilities:
5% Ad Hoc Requests- Perform ad hoc requests as needed. 5% Audit Review
- Reviews independent engineering audits of inspection for feedback and learning. 5% Inspection Process Feedback
- Provides feedback on tendencies in the field and opportunities on the inspection process. 80% Racking Inspections
- Performs and reviews store racking inspections across assigned territory. 5% Safety and Compliance
- Works closely with store leadership on immediate safety concerns and training on National Racking Standards as applicable.

This Position typically reports to Senior Mgr of Inspections. This Position does not have direct reportsTravel Requirements :
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.Physical Requirements:
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.Working Conditions:
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.Minimum Qualifications:
