We're looking for a General Superintendent who knows how to lead people, build strong field teams, embrace technology, and help grow an already successful heavy civil operation in Las Vegas. This is an opportunity for a seasoned field leader who still loves the work but also understands that today's best operations are built with a combination of field experience, strong leadership, technology and forward planning. What we're looking for: Strong background in mass excavation, grading and earthwork Experience with underground utilities Knowledge of scrapers and high-production dirt operations Proven experience leading Superintendents, Foremen and field crews Strong manpower, equipment and production planning skills Comfortable with Trimble GPS, machine control and modern construction technology Organized, communicative and proactive Understands how field productivity impacts schedule, cost and profitability Las Vegas/Southern Nevada market experience is a big plus Most importantly, we're looking for a leader —someone who develops people, earns the respect of the field, holds teams accountable and is always thinking a few steps ahead.
