Full-time About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Mine Manager to oversee operations, mine planning, and maintenance at our Quincy, WA location. In this leadership role, you will manage ore extraction, mobile equipment, and mining activities while driving safety, efficiency, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily mining activities, ore extraction, and mobile equipment maintenance.
Financial Management:
Produce and manage the annual capital and operating budgets for the quarries.
Strategic Planning:
Utilize mine planning and AutoCAD software to direct short- and long-term site initiatives.
Vendor & Contract Relations:
Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-efficient supply, parts, and services.
Regulatory & Technical Compliance:
Maintain a safe site environment; obtain and hold an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) for drone operations above the mine site.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
B.S. in Mining Engineering, Minerals Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in operations, mine planning, and maintenance.
Leadership:
At least 3 years in an operations assistant management role over mining activities and ore extraction.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Mine planning software, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and office systems (IFS).

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
