About Triangle Care Management Triangle Care Management is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, equitable, and person-centered care management services to underserved communities. We partner with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and funders to improve access to care and strengthen community well-being. Position Overview Triangle Care Management is seeking a strategic, fundraising-driven Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong track record in nonprofit fundraising, revenue development, and financial stewardship, combined with experience in healthcare, care management, or social services. The Executive Director will serve as the organization's primary fundraiser, strategic leader, and public ambassador, responsible for building sustainable funding streams, strengthening partnerships, and expanding impact. Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Revenue Leadership (Primary Focus) Serve as the lead fundraiser and chief development strategist Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including: Grants and foundation funding Government contracts Major donor cultivation Corporate partnerships Build and maintain relationships with funders, donors, and community stakeholders Grow and diversify sustainable revenue streams to support organizational expansion Strategic Leadership & Organizational Growth Lead strategic planning and execution to scale programs and services Identify opportunities for program expansion and funding alignment Ensure all initiatives align with the organization's mission and community needs Financial Management & Sustainability Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Ensure fiscal accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability Partner with the Board to guide financial strategy and growth planning Program Oversight (Mission Alignment) Ensure programs are effective, compliant, and delivering strong outcomes Align service delivery with funding requirements and community impact goals Collaborate with healthcare and social service partners Community Engagement & External Relations Serve as the public-facing leader and spokesperson Build partnerships with healthcare systems, funders, and policymakers Advocate for equitable access to care and community health improvements Board Relations Work closely with the Board of Directors on fundraising strategy and governance Provide updates on financial health, revenue growth, and strategic opportunities Team Leadership Lead and support staff in achieving program and revenue goals Build a strong, mission-driven culture focused on accountability and impact Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MPH, MSW, MPA, Nonprofit Management, or related field) 7-10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, healthcare, or human services Proven track record in fundraising and revenue development, including: Grant writing and funding acquisition Donor cultivation and stewardship Managing diversified revenue streams Experience overseeing budgets, financial planning, and organizational growth Strong experience working with Boards of Directors and external stakeholders Excellent skills in communication, relationship-building, and public speaking Commitment to equity, inclusion, and person-centered care
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
