Through compassionate care, practical support, and Gospel-centered ministry, we help individuals and families choose life, strengthen parents, and find hope and healing. As our ministry continues to grow, we are expanding one of our most successful initiatives beyond our local community. This new leadership position will guide the nationwide growth of Life Network's Men's Services model, equipping pregnancy centers across the country to engage fathers and provide meaningful support to men facing unplanned pregnancies. The Opportunity This is more than a program leadership role—it's an opportunity to build a national ministry initiative from a proven foundation. Working closely with the CEO and internal ministry leaders, you will develop the strategy, partnerships, systems, and resources needed to make Life Network's Men's Services model available to pregnancy centers nationwide. If you're energized by building programs, leading teams, creating sustainable systems, and helping ministries increase their impact, this role offers the opportunity to shape a nationally recognized resource that strengthens fathers, families, and pregnancy help organizations. What You'll Do Develop and execute the long-term strategy for expanding Life Network's Men's Services model nationwide. Transform existing ministry resources into a comprehensive program that includes curriculum, implementation guides, online learning, training materials, and support resources for partner organizations. Build operational systems and processes that support consistent, high-quality program delivery as adoption grows. Establish performance metrics to measure training completion, partner success, implementation progress, and overall program effectiveness. Develop annual budgets, financial projections, and long-term sustainability strategies, including grants, sponsorships, donor partnerships, and earned revenue opportunities. Lead and develop staff and contractors responsible for customer support, online learning, and partnership development. Cultivate relationships with pregnancy center networks, ministry leaders, foundations, and pro-life organizations across the country. Represent Life Network through conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, fundraising meetings, and strategic partnerships. Provide regular updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors regarding program growth, financial performance, and strategic opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Director of Men's Services and other ministry leaders to ensure the national program reflects Life Network's proven model and mission. Participate in Life Network's major organizational events and ministry initiatives. What We're Looking For We're looking for a strategic leader who enjoys creating, improving, and expanding programs that produce measurable results.
Qualified candidates will typically bring:
Seven to ten years of experience in nonprofit leadership, ministry leadership, operations, program management, or related leadership roles. At least three years of director-level or senior leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational growth. Experience managing budgets, operational planning, and long-term program development. Strong organizational leadership with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Excellent written, verbal, and public communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset with experience building systems, processes, and teams in a growing organization. Financial literacy and sound resource management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, learning management systems, and related technology. Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, training events, and partner meetings. Preferred qualifications include experience serving within the pregnancy center movement, nonprofit ministry, or the pro-life community, along with established relationships within those networks. Because this is a ministry leadership position, candidates must demonstrate Christian maturity, affirm Life Network's Mission Statement and Statement of Faith, and personally support the sanctity of human life.
