Job Description

The oldest non-profit art organization in the District of Columbia, the Arts Club of Washington, is looking for a manager to be responsible for membership coordination and daytime clubhouse activities. The Arts Club of Washington, located in the historic James Monroe House, brings into association and cooperation persons devoted to the arts - architecture, cinematography, dance, drama, literature, music, painting, photography and sculpture. We seek a highly talented professional to join our vibrant community. You will work closely with the President and General Manager. You will play a key role in supporting our mission and providing high-quality service to members and the public. What we are looking for Degree in non-profit management or in an art related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to work with club and/or non-profit management software. Aptitude to understand and produce simple financial reports. Excellent communication skills. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure What we offer Full-time employment (35 hour/week); set schedule Tuesday through Saturday Career development.
