Executive Director - Advanced Sacred Hope Academy (ASHA)
Location:
Emerald Coast, Florida Position Type:
Full-Time Advanced Sacred Hope Academy (ASHA) is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Executive Director to provide leadership and oversee the continued growth of our organization. ASHA serves students with diverse learning needs through an individualized and supportive educational environment. The Executive Director will work closely with organizational leadership to oversee operations, financial management, business development, fundraising, community partnerships, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial skills with the ability to lead a growing nonprofit organization while remaining committed to ASHA's mission and the students and families we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for ASHA's operations and continued growth Oversee day-to-day administrative and organizational operations Work closely with leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term organizational goals Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting Utilize QuickBooks to support accurate financial management and reporting Monitor organizational finances and assist with maintaining responsible fiscal practices Support business development and identify opportunities for sustainable organizational growth Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, organizations, donors, and other stakeholders Identify and pursue fundraising, grant, sponsorship, and development opportunities Support donor relations and fundraising initiatives Oversee nonprofit operations and assist with maintaining organizational and regulatory compliance Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to administrative and educational staff Support the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and systems Collaborate with leadership to strengthen programs and services as the organization expands Represent ASHA professionally at the local, national, and international levels, building relationships that support the organization's mission, visibility, partnerships, and growth Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership, executive, or management experience Experience in special needs education or working with individuals with disabilities preferred Experience with nonprofit management or nonprofit organizations Proficiency with QuickBooks Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management skills Business development experience Fundraising, donor development, and/or grant development experience Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities within a growing organization Ability to develop professional relationships with families, staff, community partners, donors, and other stakeholders Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus About Advanced Sacred Hope Academy Advanced Sacred Hope Academy provides an individualized, supportive educational environment designed to meet the unique needs of students with diverse learning abilities. As ASHA continues to grow, we are seeking an Executive Director who can help strengthen our organizational foundation, expand partnerships and opportunities, and support the long-term development of the academy. This position is an opportunity for an experienced leader to play an integral role in ASHA's continued growth while helping expand its impact locally, nationally, and internationally.

$57,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
