What You'll Lead Provide visionary leadership that strengthens organizational stability and supports sustainable growth. Steward financial resources and fundraising efforts to ensure long-term organizational success. Build and strengthen relationships with government agencies, foundations, corporations, donors, and community stakeholders. Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture where employees are empowered to thrive. Advance innovative solutions that address homelessness, housing instability, and related community needs. Partner effectively with the Board of Directors in governance, strategy, and organizational advancement. Serve as a visible ambassador and advocate for CAN throughout the community. Lead with transparency, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.
