Job Description

Overview Relate Care Clinic , a Christian faith-based non-profit, has been serving the greater Grand Forks ND community since 1987. Free services include pregnancy testing, ultrasound imaging, abortion pill reversal, STI/STD testing and treatment, prenatal and parenting education with mentoring support, material support and community referrals, and educational outreach for youth. The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of Relate Care Clinic and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the organization. This includes implementing policies approved by the Board of Directors, overseeing staff and volunteers, managing programs and services, ensuring financial stability, and representing the clinic in the community. The Executive Director must demonstrate a strong commitment to the sanctity of human life and uphold the clinic's mission and values. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Administration Provide vision and leadership to fulfill the clinic's mission and strategic goals. Oversee daily operations, including client services, medical programs, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards, including licensing and privacy regulations. Oversee updates to and implementation of the policies and procedures manual. Conduct regular staff meetings and annual evaluations. 2. Financial Management Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Board Treasurer. Ensure accurate financial records and monthly reporting to the Board. Oversee expenditures and approve purchase requests. Maintain fiscal integrity and sustainability of the organization. 3. Fundraising & Development Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, grant writing, and special events. Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to increase visibility and support. Build and maintain relationships with churches, community partners, and donors. 4. Board Relations Serve as the primary liaison between the Board and staff. Provide timely and accurate reports to the Board on organizational performance. Assist the Board in strategic planning and policy development. Assist property committee. 5. Staff & Volunteer Management Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers. Provide spiritual leadership, encouragement, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive, mission-driven work environment. 6. Community Outreach Represent the clinic in the community and maintain positive relationships with local organizations. Promote the clinic's services through speaking engagements, media, and social platforms. Oversee Forward Care community education outreach efforts. Qualifications A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active involvement in a local church. Strong commitment to pro-life values and sexual integrity. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead strategically and work independently. Experience in fundraising, donor development, and public relations. Preferred Skills Knowledge of pregnancy center operations and medical services. Familiarity with nonprofit governance and compliance. Proficiency in technology.
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
