Role:
Integrated Community Living and Par is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Director to lead our mission-focused organization in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all organizational programs, operations, and staff Develop and implement organizational goals, policies, and long-term strategic plans Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies Lead fundraising, grant writing, and development efforts to ensure organizational sustainability Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a positive organizational culture Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization in the community Not convicted of any felony or misdemeanor
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience, preferably in a nonprofit or human services setting Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, and resource development Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services programs Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations Compassionate, mission-driven leader with a commitment to advocacy and inclusive community support
